Laurens van Koppenhagen (Gravenmoer – Netherland)has been active as an artist / photographer since 2005. He mainly works outside as a photographer. Whether it be landscapes, modern architecture, monumental churches or elements from nature, the challenge is to create a special image.
With his photographs, he makes new compositions on the computer: DigiphotoArt – with sometimes as many as 100 – 300 photographs, fascinating, almost surreal images emerge, the reality of which is always slightly different from what you might think at first glance. He challenges the spectator to join his fantasy world.
The resulting artworks are usually executed as a sublimated print on aluminum or as a lambda fine art print on dibond.
